We’re going to the Chapel & we’re going to get married…….not only are we busy bees running Cutie Pie. We are also preparing for our wedding in September (when I say we I mean me). I’ve still got rather alot to do but at least I finally made a decision about THE dress. As we’re getting married here in France things are alittle more laid back…but still having a sleepless night or too worrying about how much left there is to do. But at least I have started on the first of many DIY projects…….be warned the list is endless! Here is what I’ve been up to recently….making canape flags and customizing our initials- which we hope to place in trees around the venue.

For Danielle & BenOnly 100 more to go!!!To be honest I hadn’t even heard of canape flags but I’ve fallen in love with everything on Anthropologie’s new bridal store BHLDN, I was so inspired I decided to make my own. I’m really pleased with the results, plus they were pretty easy to make.

We’re getting married in St Tropez and we want the day to be personal & quirky. Hence why I am making alot of the bits and bobs that I hope will give it that je ne sais quoi. I’ve even tried my hand at making macaroons but I think I will leave that to the French as they were a disaster.
